Calling All Riders!! Save The Date!!!!
Mozart in a leather vest? Domingo donning a motorcycle helmet? The old guard of opera might not have thrown on their leathers and gone for a ride, but the Lyric Opera of Kansas City does. Opera fans and music-makers consistently break the mold and are helping to prove that opera can be hip, young and not as stuffy as people think.
Lyric & Leathers has been cancelled for 2009. Please check back for 2010 event details.
The funds raised from the Lyric & Leathers ride help underwrite the Lyric Opera season and our innovative and successful education and outreach programs.
